How Much?

I read an article in the tech section of the CNN app on my phone yesterday about an HDMI cable (just one) that cost $1300 made by AudioQuest.  I was dumbfounded and could hardly believe it so I looked on Amazon and found this:

Then I saw (where they show you what other people have looked at or purchased) a set of terminated speaker cables.  What the hell does terminated mean?  I looked it up and am now schooled in speaker cable terminology.  Terminated cables already have the terminals on the ends.  So that makes these totally worth this asking price:
